Biography:

Osaka print artist active in the 1820s, pupil of Shunshi. Roger Keyes wrote: "Shunsei was a pupil of Gakōken Shunshi. His life span is unknown. Judging from his few prints, he supported himself some other way."

Shunsei's work were published by at least three different houses: Toshikuraya Shinbei, Kichi and Honya Seishichi.
