Metropolitan Museum of Art Segawa Kikunojō III was also known as Segawa Senjo.

Although the Metropolitan Museum of Art dates this print from 1778 this cannot be correct, because it carries a kiwame censor's seal. The first known use of that seal was 1791 and Shunshō lived until 1792. The curatorial notes at the Met also state that this print may be one panel of a triptych, but without any proof.
